Strategic Intent was borne out of my desire to work with organisations and individuals in a way that is not only meaningful but also creates sustainable results.

What people believe directs their thoughts and actions, and significant change can happen when issues are looked at in a new way. I work with you to strengthen beliefs and thoughts that create effective action.

I will work side-by-side with you sharing my expertise and helping increase your capacity. I am guided by the values of respectful change, generosity and life long learning, and I delight in seeing organisations and individuals change in fulfilling ways.

I have worked in the field of organisational development for more than 15 years. My career journey started as an audiologist – and this where I really learned the importance of listening to people – and then into the allied health sector.

Learning first hand the power of working with and through people led me to explore the field of organisation development through a variety of disciplines, including the field of organisation systems, organisation and individual change, counselling and spiritual development.
