My knowledge of working with people has brought me to Strategic Intent with an enthusiasm to work with people seeking change.

I use a collaborative approach, working with you to individualise and customise a process that’s tailored to your specific needs. With this support you can see more clearly and act with greater purpose.

I work with both individuals and groups, focusing on root causes rather than on energy-sapping symptoms. I appreciate that individuals’ actions impact on their team and on the wider organisation, so I work in a systemic ideology, acknowledging the entire working context.

Changes in one part of an organisation produces a ripple effect creating wider transformation. Taking conscious and deliberate action can bring about the result desired by individuals and their organisations. This change impacts upon the performance of the organisation and the organisation’s culture. In changing the culture, you affect how others believe and think about their work, what they expect of each other and their relationship to the organisation.

I have over 10 years experience supporting people to create change in their lives. My practice in family therapy and counselling allowed me to see the incredible ability people have to transform. This inspired me to begin working with people’s visions – not merely problem solving.
