This change impacts upon the performance of the organisation and the organisation’s culture. In changing the culture, you affect how others believe and think about their work, what they expect of each other and their relationship to the organisation.
I have over 10 years experience supporting people to create change in their lives. My practice in family therapy and counselling allowed me to see the incredible ability people have to transform. This inspired me to begin working with people’s visions – not merely problem solving.
