Coaching

imageAt Strategic Intent we appreciate the profound impact a leader can have upon a team, branch or organisation. With this is mind, our individual and group coaching is designed to support you to take the actions you intend both as a leader, and a team member.

Coaching is a one-on-one supportive relationship, focusing on the issues you face as a leader. Coaching offers you an opportunity to reflect on and achieve your goals and act congruently with your purpose and values. Through collaboration and support, our coaching plans and workshops can help you achieve the results you desire for yourself and your team.

Coaching can help you and your organisation to:

• clarify what is important—your goals and purpose for your work and life;
• increase leadership capability across your organisation;
• enhance your leadership skills;
• increase self-awareness;
• generate greater collaboration in the workplace;
• obtain the support you need to be the leader you want to be; and
• work toward solutions for difficult issues.

Coaching options

Individual Coaching:

Strategic Intent offers one-on-one coaching in a confidential environment. The sessions are led by Julie Kelly or Pamela Lovell—both experienced coaches with a strong background in counseling.

In these coaching sessions, we spend time with you to discover the goals you want to achieve and then help you develop a plan to bring them to fruition. Often, we explore what may be driving your current situation and help you find ways to change your approach or patterns of behaviour to create better outcomes.

Our coaching contracts are for a minimum of four sessions and take place in our city offices.

Coach the Coach

In this customised plan, we coach you to coach your staff. Over eight fortnightly sessions, we’ll teach you a coaching methodology, work with you as you learn to be a leader-coach and help you to develop your own action learning plan.

Coaching Workshops

Our experiential Coaching Workshop takes your group through an effective coaching method and helps you to understand critical success factors for coaching in the workplace. During this two-day workshop, each participant has the opportunity to coach and be coached in a supportive environment.  Coaching workshops are offered for groups of 12-20 participants.
